Made by hand in small batches, this chocolate brownie is made with sour cherries and dark chocolate to give a fudgy, moist brownie with a crisp top.

How it all started
Hello,
I'm Seren and I have been running a catering company and baking for over twenty-years, but it is only now that I am launching Bubbling Stove Brownies - a showcase for my award winning brownies.
The start of Bubbling Stove Brownies came after selling out of brownies at a large yoga festival and people saying how delicious they were. The demand for my brownies was so high that whilst they were still cooking in the oven festival goers were reserving them. This was back in 2021 and it was just the seed of an idea. Many shows and festivals yielded positive feedback and rave reviews, but it took some time to develop and launch the brownie business.
In 2023, Seren's Decadent Chocolate Brownie won a Great Taste Award and a very proud day was enjoyed earlier this year when the 2024 Free From Awards announced that Bubbling Stove has scooped a gold award for Seren's Gluten Free Classic Brownies.
So, from my Mid-Wales kitchen I create chocolate brownies with love and care. I use only the very best, fresh and wholesome ingredients available such as Welsh butter, organic flour, local free-range eggs, fair-trade Belgian chocolate, and quality fruits.
I love the baking process and pride myself on never adding false preservatives or artificial flavourings to any of my baked products. I run a traditional, top quality bakery where everything is still hand made (no machinery or automated production line) baked fresh to order! All my brownies are made to recipes unique and exclusive to Bubbling Stove - I have never, and will never, use pre-mixes. My baked treats are only available through me and are not in any retail outlets. You are receiving and sending an exclusive gift!
All our products are suitable for vegetarians. I currently produce one vegan brownie, but have plans to develop more vegan lines in the near future.
Our Brownies are decadent, rich, indulgent and oh so good! To eat one of our brownies is to embrace decadence and plunge your taste buds into lavish, self indulgent food heaven.
